We are experienced military innovators passionate about bottom-up Small Team Military Innovation.

We have developed the Introduction to Innovation courses piloted across both the New Zealand Defense Force & the Australian Defense Force for NZ Army General Staff, Aumangea Assessment Programme, SOCOMD, RAAF Air Warfare Centre, and Australian Defense Force Academy. 

Our mission is to  create an open  innovation network to support unclassifed Small Team Military Innovation.

Bottom up Innovation across the entire organisation can only be achieved by consistently educating everyone on the common DNA of our innovation language, innovation culture, and innovation frameworks.
